I made Dad a batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies this afternoon as a congratulatory gift. Then he suggested we go out, so we went to the all-you-can-eat fish fry at Gilligan’s (used to be The Spot across the bay from Pokegama). Anyway, they have wonderful broiled fish and you get a huge salad bar and can choose sweet potato fries as your potato choice (my favorite!). By the time we got home, he had to head up to work at The Garage from 8 – 10 and I’ve been sorting my jewelry. Now that sounds fun, doesn’t it?? I tend to leave it on the dresser and after a while I don’t know what I have any more. So I dumped it all on the bed and started from scratch and now I have it very organized. I have more than I’ll ever wear, but you need a lot to match any new outfits you may get in the future!
Sounds like my favorite kind of evening–one that involves yummy food and a little bit of organizing! 😀
