It snowed again last night and early this a.m., and although I hated to see more snow, I must admit it was a lovely run this morning. I did have to struggle those darn yak traks on one more time, so I wouldn’t slip, but it was so peaceful and pretty. I’m finally back to where I can pretty much run solid for the whole half hour. I take little race-walking breaks on hills or when I get really tired (but that is happening less and less.) I guess 10 pounds makes a difference!
Dad and Gary are putting in someone’s garage door opener this morning and still aren’t done. After that, Dad and I will haul more stuff up out of the garage down at 117. Dad has a LOT of stuff.
Only about 6 weeks til we come to visit!!
I went for a run outside today too! It was my first run outside in a REALLY long time. Only here it was drizzling and not snowing… I didn’t have to worry about slipping, but I came back sopping wet! 🙂
I was out pretty early – it was raining later. But it probably rained a lot sooner over by you.
I’m hoping to get out running soon. It would have been a good day to do it here, but I was appraising for a Destination Imagination competition. Hopefully tomorrow I can run.
