Our renter in Georgia paid us all that she owed us. It was a lot – like a little over $3,000! She paid us out of her tax return, just like she said she would. That is an unbelievable relief. Now, hopefully, the lawyer’s bill won’t take all of it. 🙂

Sometimes you don’t realize how worried or upset about something you are until it works out and you feel such amazing relief. Plus, this gives us hope for the future with her as a renter – if she can just not fall behind again, everything will be fine. Of course, if she does, we’ve learned our lesson and she will be out. (Easy to say, but awfully hard for softies like us to do!)
