I don’t think that’s the right web address. Are you sure that’s not just an email account that is set up for you (minus the “www”)? The address you looks more like an email address than a web site.
I tried to find some unbiased reviews online and they have been hard to come by! We’re generally hesitant to do anything like this. It looks like there are some real products that are sold, but still has the smell of a pyramid where it’s really more about trying to recruit people than it is selling a product.
