Wow! That IS a lot of snow! Ours was a big disappointment–they cancelled school in the town next to us (which is why Bible Study was cancelled) but Shakopee wasn’t cancelled. In fact I’m not even sure why they cancelled it–the snow was totally melted off the roads by noon! We have maybe an couple of very slushy inches left.
We are still digging out. There are still big mounds on the sides of some of the streets, although they have done a really good job of hauling it all away. Unfortunately what is still here is melting and causing huge puddles. Makes it hard to get from the sidewalk to the street when you need to cross. I should be wearing rubber boots, I guess!
